I took a trip to Malacca a few days ago, we visited a friend who studies in MMU. The first place we went when reached was MMU lecture hall where we sneaked into my friend's psycology class. Haha. She then brought us around to play and eat. Undeniable, Malacca has a lot of nice food.

We had our first lunch at a Taiwan Mee restaurant. I've tried one at Taiwan Restaurant at Ampang Point not long ago, the taste of the noodles in both restaurant are different. The soup of the noodle at Ampang Point one was mild but the other one is a bit spicy, both delicious. Hehe.

Taiwan Beef Noodle.

Taiwan Pork Noodle, this is non-halal. hehe

After lunch, we settled down at King's Hotel. We rented an apartment. It has a living room, 3 big bedrooms with one double bed and one single bed in each room respectively and three bathrooms. We were like "Oh my god...The room was so big and wide but we only have 6 people here!" swt.. Although it's good to have big rooms but it was too much. We had to pay RM120 per person for two nights. Well, that sure cost quite much for a simple trip like this.

Our messy room....

We then headed to Pahlawan Mall because we're going to KTV at Dream Box!!!! Yooohooo~ I know it sounds funny to go KTV when traveling in Malacca but the place was really nice and it's worth it. We booked the night session which included a buffet dinner and we had 50% percent off when my friend joined the membership. My friend said that "GoGo" (another KTV at jetty) quite sucks because the rooms there are freaking small, that's why she recommended us to go to Dream Box.

The mall.

Outside the mall.

Our funny poses. haha.

I like the field. Because the grass is short. hahaha...

Me. (",)

Before going to the box, we went to the opposite wing to try this milky crepe.
6 of us shared one piece of this, LOL.

The apple juice, doesn't look like one because it's not a fresh juice.

Our dessert.

Check this out. Cool Blog in the mall which sells Pearly Milk Tea and other blended drinks, the price is cheaper than anyone else in KL or Kajang. The Chocolate blog...... Omg! I love it A LOT!! Really tastes like CHOCOLATE, haha! We went there on the next day for shopping and I bought it again. Super nice!!!

Pinky Cool Blog.

Us and the Chocolate Blog.

With pearls-RM3.10

Buffet dinner...

Fooooooooodddddddddd....................~~!!!!!

Friends and me. :)

Cool, I love this pic!!
Kinda feel like Charlie's Angels. Haha..

The 6 of us. :)

The next day, we went to try the local Chicken Rice Ball, let's make it short-chicken ball. Haha.. My coursemate actually recommended me another red colour restaurant nearby, but we didn't go to that one because my friend told me the balls are too hard, like stone. No offence. hehe.. So we went to this not-so-good looking with no red paintings restaurant but the rice balls taste really nice! hehe..

Must come! haha..

There's a sign on the wall, "please queue". Why?

Because the restaurant was so full that we had to wait for the people to finish their meals.

So, we queued up like good children in kindergarden under the big hot sun. swt!

Still queueing.. haha..

Our meal! ^^

Chicken!!!

The balls.. Rice balls!

Later on, we visited San Shu Gong at the opposite road. Free try is available for some snacks and drinks, my friend ate a lot because he said it's free, haha. They are famous with their coffee I think and I bought 2 packets of it, it's their home recipe after all and I think it's quite special.

Jonker Street, a good-to-shop area but too bad the shops weren't open all when we went.

San Shu Gong.

Durian Cendol. ^^

We spent our whole afternoon shopping at Pahlawan Mall until we forgot the time, swt. The things at the "underground" were really cheap, it's comparable to Time Square and Sungei Wang in KL. haha. After that, we had our late dinner at a seafood restaurant and spent our night at the jetty. :D

Have a break, have a crepe. Haha..

A row of seafood restaurant.
Somehow they made me think of Puduraya bus station because the people kept asking us to go to their restaurant when saw us coming, they use number to address their restaurant.

Fresh seafood. xD

Oysters!! Buy 3 free 1.. haha!

A real, fresh oyster!

First time in my life. x)

Scallops~

Fried sotong.

We continued to the next station hunting for supper because my friend, Mr Goat was Carving for kueh teow kia since we were in the bus on the way to Malacca. haha..

Here is it, kueh teow kia.

Char xiu, chicken wings, tau gua, herbal soup and super delicious bak uan!!!

Christmas is coming!
This is one of the portuguese house, it's really impressive to see their decoration. It's so.. complete! lol.
There's a fairy on the roof, train at the side and a Santa on the Chimney. haha..

Ladies and gentleman..I give you... Legend of the jetty. lol

The night view.
One thing different, I was there. :P

Arena.

Queuing up for buggy service...

Free buggy ride. Wwee~~

The 'sampat' gang.. haha..!!

Yam cha-ing and enjoying the wind at the jetty.

The third day.. Say bye bye to Malacca and hello to Kuala Lumpur.. swt.

Our brunch.

Come and grab it! xD

*Secret section*

Sleeping....

Snoring?? xP

Zzz...

=.="

Okay... The last two were faking. Hahahaha.....

Finally after 2 hours, we reached the busy city.
We had our dinner at Sungei Wang and went shopping there.

Night street.

His name is Momo. :)

Can you believe? On that night me and another friend, Chen Ee got diarrhea and vomitted for the whole night after we had that meal at Sungei Wang. My friend's best friend brought us to Hospital Kuala Lumpur to seek for medication and the whole process took 3 hours plus, from 2am to 5am++ including waiting. -.- Really thanks to his friend and another girl-friend who accompanied us for the whole night, serving us and taking care of us like our guardian. She don't have to do that because she was there for vacation after all. I really appreciate her help and care, thanks Wan Lin. :)

I was half dead that time, Chen Ee still can simle. LOL

First time suffered so much during a trip, a bitter ending. :( Luckily my relative's house was in KL, so I came back to rest on the next day. Although I had recovered from food poisoning but things did not get better. I got gastric after that until today, it hasn't cure. Guess because I left my stomach empty for the whole day after I vomitted out the acid in my stomach. Ouch~ Hope it cures soon so that I can go back and join the dance team. Aikx..

Now.. I hate gastric, I hate to fall sick and I'm afraid of eating too much of food. ><

After swimming.. xD

During my holidays in Alor Star, I went swimming with a bunch of kids few days a week! Almost everyday when I was free, unless I wasn't at home. My neighbour aka my elder cousin sis asked me to go swimming or play badminton with her when she knew I was home, to my surprise there's a bunch of kids with her too. They are her younger cousins who are still in primary school, the most are 12 years old. Sometimes her elder cousin went with us too and the kids' mom. Haha.. Such a happy life they have. ^^ A few days later, when I go meet them at ASRC again, there was two new kids. From the information I got, they are her cousins who currently stay in Singapore and came to Malaysia for vacation with their mom. I still remember one of the kid's face because he looks so much alike with my cousin's bro. If they both were same age, I would thought they were twins! LOL..

On the last day I went swimming with them, I took some pictures together with them as I knew it's impossible to have these kiddos' time with them again. Even if there is, the people present would be different. We prefer swimming at night because the big sun wasn't there and sometimes we can see the stars up in the sky. It was really fun that night because me, the 20-year-old lady went pool jumping with those kids, a bunch of kids who were under 12 years old!! omg... Luckily there wasn't anyone who knows me, haha.. It was really fun because I don't really "enjoy" pool jumping when I was still a kid. Yea, my first time is when I'm 20. LOL.

After swimming, my elder cousin treated us snacks and we had a snacks party at the lobby. I treated them ice creams after we finished eating snacks, hehe..

The 7 of us.
I was the 2nd eldest and played the role as the eldest sis, my elder cousin was our 'mom'. haha..

(from left) Chia Wei, me, Ai Xing, Han2, Yi Hang, Chia Ming and new kid. Haha...

How good if I have a cute brother like him...
Haha..

Ming, Hanny and Ai Xing, my elder cousin.

Hang, new kid (sorry I don't know her name, haha) and Ming.

Our ice cream sticks. ^^

I believe she'll turn into a big beauty when she grows up. x)

The durian head.
He cried when the barber cut this hair for him by mistake. So pitiful.

Eating our ice creams. :D

Hm, we should organize an "ice cream party". haha..

Thanks for those fun kids, hope to see you guys next time. :D

Holidays before Christmas with Family.

30-4 Dec 2009

Last week I went to KL with my aunt and grandma. Since I graduated from high school, I never spend my time with them in KL especially since I left home to study. This time, I took the opportunity to come with them. First is to fulfill my desire as I don't always have this chance to come with my aunt and grandma. It recalls of my childhood memory when I always came here to visit my 2nd aunt when she was still alive. She had passed away on 1st Dec in year 2002 due to Leukaemia. We seldom come along since she left and yes, it was her death anniversary on 1st Dec 2009 and it was published on the newspaper as a memorial. Secondly, I was hoping to shop for some new year clothes and there are more choices in KL. We have to grab it if there's a a chance, right? Hehe. So, here I start my journey.

On the second night of reaching KL, my cousin dropped me and my bro at 1Utama. There was a big banner about "Lyrical Christmas". I wasn't assure about what it means until I saw this.

Nice stage. ^^

This is what it meant by Lyrical Christmas. hehe..
(Saw a choir at Sungei Wang two days ago, really a big gap of quality. =.=)

Christmas deco at The Gardens.
My grandma and cousin sis. :D

We visited Zoo Negara on the third day. Visit to the zoo - the dream of every child. Am I right? Or the new generation has changed? My relatives who stay in KL would always want to bring us to the zoo when we were young. I've always got excited when going to the zoo, including this time but it was not because of the animals. hehe. The last time I went there, I think I was still in high school and I'd forgotten how old I was.

The Zoo.
Too bad the animals were almost the same, nothing special. :(

While waiting for the animal show which was starting soon at 11am.
There were a group of kindergarden's children too.

Yi Jun and me.

The old sea lion. Haha..

Cheap aquarium.
No colourful and nice fishes and half of the area was closed!

Giraffes. haha..

On 2nd Dec, it was 4cim's birthday. We celebrated her birthday at night at a restaurant. From what we heard from the tauke, the restaurant is going to move because it's hard to do business at that area. The food was really nice though and I would recommend you this restaurant if I knew where it's going.

It's hard to have such gathering. :)

4cim, 4shu and their bao bei son. haha..

Cutting the cake. :)

After the dinner, we dropped by Wangsa Walk for a while. It was my first time visit, although it's not as big as Mid Valley but it is ten times better than any malls in Alor Star. Swt.

Blue Christmas Tree. ^^

Me. :)

Well..Guess what, the whole members went KTV at "Superstar". 4cim had the idea to bring us (me and my cousins, the youngsters) to sing K after our finals, unfortunately the plan was turning out because I went back home early. So I had this idea to go KTV on that night, it's fun and memorable. :D

Crazy of taking pictures besides singing k. Haha..

(from left) Eldest aunt, Gene sis, grandma, 4cim and 4shu.

My eldest aunt was our guardian since we were babies until today.
She did more than a guardian should do, just like our secondary mom. ^^

On Thursday, my 2nd aunt's husband brought us to his recently opened restaurant to try the boer goat meat. It was situated on the half hill on the way to Genting Highlands. We also visited his apartment there as well. It was really cooling in the apartment but it would be lonely if I stay there. haha..

The swinging chair outside the restaurant.

A windy day. :D

Cousins who call me "er jie". xP

Final pic. Peace..^^

It was a memorable trip to me. Although I'm in KL now after a week I'd been here, but it was diffrerent. I came as a visitor last week and enjoy everything I can like I seldom visit to this place before. Haha.. Now, I'm here as an undergraduate who stays at relative's house while waiting to go back to her Uni and it's quite bored. =.=

Hatyai.

27.11.09

Slept at 2a.m helping my sis to finished up her paper works and woke up at 3.45am because the bus to Hatyai was arriving at 5o'clock in the morning. =.=

It was a public holiday on this weekend and there were damn many people heading to the same place as us, the custom area was so crowded and we were in a huge traffic. Our schedule was delayed and there was a need to change of plan. We had dinner at the so-called famous chicken rice shop there instead of having it at TESCO. The service seriously sucks, we waited for a long time waiting for the workers to clean up our table and order for food. Moreover, the crowd wasn't cooperative at all, everyone was rushing to seat and to order like they are scared to be neglected, expecially those aunties. Whenever they go, they always fight to be the first. =.="

We also skipped one of our destination, but we still managed to follow the rest in the list. These were some pictures taken at the beach in Songkat.

The roundabout.

Stalls along the roadside.

Hm, I swear you won't want to eat those.

Nice scence. ^^

Pigeons..

The beach.

Everyone was there just to see this.
Pretty meh?

Grandpa and grandma. ^^

Cousins, aunt and grandpa.

I think this pose looks awkward, haha....

The sunshine was so bright that we could hardly open our eyes. lol

Cute doggie!!

How good if I can have one of them. :P

We just stayed for about 45 minutes at the beach and checked in at Rama Hotel after that. We then continued our journey after an hour resting at the hotel room. We visited a temple and a market on the river as well. The people there sell food and beverages on their sampan boats, it was rare as we don't really see this in Malaysia. The food and drinks are really cheap, they only cost RM2 for most of them!

BBQ... I didn't try these though they look mouth-watering, haha.

Drink in bamboo stem.

Fried bird eggs!!

The pulut rice in banana leaves really taste good!

Drinks in ceramic 'cups', cost 20 bahts only!

This is how they do business.

My longan drink in Ultraman ceramic! haha...

Those were just starters and we had some of that. xP We had our main dinner at Red Gem Restaurant. The restaurant provided a stage for the Thai girls to perform some Chinese songs while the customers were eating as most of them were Chinese, the lady tauke took the finale, lol. I only can say, they better sing in their own language and the food was not so nice. =.=

Finally night reached and it was ours! We waited for the whole day and now we can go SHOPPING!! We went shopping at the night street and some malls. They were just next to each.

Took this in the tut tut car. haha..

We shopped for about 2 hours and walked back to the hotel. We took the wrong way at first and a kind uncle stopped by and told us the right way. We were so so tired when we got back. Luckily we had booked for massage at night to enjoy relaxation and loosen our tibia. But it was unlucky when the massagers insisted the price of 240bahts to be paid for an hour plus plus service, but the Thai tour guide told us it only costs 200 bahts for two hours on that noon. I felt like we were cheated. We complained it to the local tour guide about it and he said that he will tell the Thai's tour company to black list that girl! She deserved it if she has done it.

28.11.09

On the next day, we had our free time until 12.30pm, thus we went to the small market to have breakfast. These were a few that I bought.

Ki zhang.
Those made by my aunt during Dragon Boat Festival taste better of course. hehe..

Kelabu.
So weird, it tastes a bit like laksa..

Potato balls, I love'em!

Pork stick. Very nice! I was so full until that I only can have one. hehe..

After that, we took the tut tut car to go to the bigger market which sells lots of clothes, bags, shoes, food and they were very very very CHEAP!! You can buy a pair of shoes for Rm18 and it's comfort to wear. The standard price for most of the things (not at higher quality or lower) is Rm20, the price for everything can be negotiated. If you had ever went to Hatyai, you'll know the place. Although I'm not a regular visitor of Hatyai but I know this place good enough, lol. I bought 2 pair of shoes and a sling bag inside the market. Some of them even bought a few bags and many shoes! LOL..

Dad's looking funny and mom's looking good. haha...

After lunch, we headed to TESCO to buy some daily use products. The things there were god damn cheap! Have you ever see loads of Triumph's bras were piled together with 50% discounts in Malaysia's TESCO?.. swt.

It's shy when I wanted to take a photo of it. Haha..

Guess what's this..

She's digging ice cream scoops!

Finally the ice cream is served.
Ground nuts topping and pulut rice, red potatoes and pieces of bread at the bottom.
Tastes really good, I can have more! xD

I'm ready to eat! haha....

Finally...Here's a photo I like with my new hair cut and new baby milo shirt.
(Guess how much is it, haha..)

I still think that we better go on our own next time than following a tour group because our main purpose is only shopping and buying things. It really wasted a lot of our time travelling in the bus and waiting for people! But at least we bought something back, otherwise it won't be fun. lol...

Catch Up The Day!

I was having a great day today. A happy reunion with my special old friends. :D Meeting them always lighten up my day moreover it's rare that four of us-Ai, May, Chen and me were present this time (and also Chen's bf, hehe). Although it was just a simply hanging out, but at least we were ALL together for once this year. :)

We went KTV at e-box, a routine that we all love since high school and it's been a long time that we never sing together. Somehow, we are like adults who can't grow up, part of us are still childish and it's hard to change I guess..haha. I love laughing crazily with them, miss our lame jokes and gossiping together of course. ;P After k, we had our tea-time + lunch at Taman Bahagia's home restaurant. We had laksa, durians with pulut rice, fried prawn cakes, maggie mee and some desserts. I can't stop eating, even miss loh said that I'm glutton. LOL.. No wonder my friends around me always love to say that I'm chubby or greedy in eating, whether in a joking way or not, I'm used to it already. Well, I just have to admit that I love to eat, A LOT!! But seriously I have to reduce the portion I'm taking now before I turn into a big fat chick! Zzz...

Aikx.. Really miss those girls. Too bad we didn't take photos together except a few while I was playing with May's dslr in her car..^^ When can I have one? But I doubt that I'll bring it out, lol.. It's better that my friend have one than myself. Haha..

Btw, check out the lyrics of "Sorry Sorry" in Chinese wordings and see whether you can catch up! We had this as the final song for our ktv, I wonder how they translate it! Laughed our ass out!!! xDDDD

Secret..?

It's has been three days that I didn't get any message from him. Hmm..I wonder how is he doing right now. I think I know why he didn't message me.. Well, I'm living my life though. I'm not the type of girl who'll sob till my heart out for love. (Never have this experience yet, haha.) I'm moving on until the day we meet again.

I just finished watching "Secret", year 2007 a film of Jay Chou. I'm not sure which times I had watched it already but I love this movie, one of my favaourite movie actually. :) Besides the settings and the characters of the movie, I specially love the storyline, two persons from a difference years of 20 were in love and somehow it became a secret which the girl didn't tell the guy. It's a mystery love story and makes me think of him when I was watching it. It became a secret when I didn't tell him that I like him and I miss him. I couldn't see him or talk to him until when he appears first, it's all because that I don't want to disturb him since he is not free.

Friends kept asking me to forget. Forget it for my own sake, forget to make my life happier and healthier. LOL. Unfortunately, I have a good memory. How can I forget it in a day or two? Although it is not impossible to be done as I'd named myself as the evil one from the past experience. =.=" I think the biggest bar is because I don't want to, not because of I can't.. Somehow, I don't like to be forced, I know the seriousness of certain matters, it's not like I'm still a 16 years old immature girl. ( I was immatured til that time =.=") The more one disallow me to do something, the more I'll rebel. So it's better to let me suffer the pain myself before I could stop it. Haha. That's just my opinion, afterall I know myself better than anyone else I guess.

Btw, my silly sis isn't coming back this week as promised because the flight was already full. She should knew it out of her experience, it's a Friday alright? This is the result of last minute booking, wasted a seat to Hatyai and some call credits by my mom. But she's still complaining me on my spending, I think it's absurd! I seriously dislike someone nags on me, no matter your are my mom, my sis, a good friend or whosoever. It would be different if one talk nicely to me, at least I can accept or even obey to it. Guess I'm really a stubborn Aries.. haha. Well, that's all for today. I'll have to help my younger sis to draw huge characters for her intersquad competition,. Hmm, since when I became her assistance? Thought I had already retired. Lol.. I'm suffering in gastralgia now, shouldn't eat so much after swimming, aikx.. But it's nice to swim when I can see stars and moon hanging high up in the sky, I feel a peace of mind and serenity. I love that feel. Thanks for making my day. Good night. :)

The Poorest Holiday!

It's has been a week since I came home. I only went out with my friends for two times till now, I was in financial difficulty and I had to think twice whenever I want to go out. I dare not to take the initiative to call my friend to yam cha right now, I just sit and wait for them, LOL! This is the poorest holiday I ever had!

Still, I managed to spend on sports. For a week, I played badminton or swimming quite frequently. Sometimes I went with friends but mostly with my cousin living next door, she's now hooked to these two kind of sports too and she's doing freelance right now, so I don't have to worry I'll be alone. :) I love doing sports just that I'll feel lazy when I'm on my own. Haha. This time I'm really working on my "keep fit" plan, really had to control my food desire otherwise my money will be wasted for nothing! haha.. First time live so hard on financial problems, aikx. Some people are materialistic but you can't blame, because money is one of our necessity besides clothes, food and shelter. Try to live one day without money, you'll feel super uneasy. =.= Money is the biggest thing that you can't survive without it in this new era. The problem is year end SALES is on now, I might have to shop for some new year clothes by then. And since my friends from other uni have already came back too, even those who study at overseas, we're planning to go for a trip as our gathering. Sigh, besides restrict myself on spending, I have to save hard this time. gg! :(

By the way, I had spent my whole day at home editing pictures and researching how to edit my blog, LOL! I could save more time if the line wasn't so lag. Hopefully you guys like my new layout. If you notice, I'd change my blog's title too. Just want to find my own style by the moment, not influence by others. It's solely my life, my blog and me. :D

Sincere Words

Sincere words.. When will you tell? When you're ready and conscious or when you're drunk because you don't have the courage? Is it trustable of what was spoken by a drunken person then?

"Actually...Haiz. I missed you, a lot. But I'm scared that I'll betray her, am I detestable?"

I doubted him because he never say those words to me. Me either, except in a joking way.
"Did you say so because you are drunk?"

"I don't know but it's true. I also don't why, I just feel that I'm hateful."

Do you know I'm actually missing you too, since the day you left. I was waiting and wondering whether can I get a message from you. I wouldn't want to disturb you especially when you are with her. I wouldn't want or perhaps dare not to tell you that I miss you so much because I don't want to let you know and caused you in confusion.
"I don't wish you to do the wrong thing. If you're scared don't miss me then."

"This can't be controlled, you won't understand my feelings."

How could I not understand? I know how it felt when you miss someone who will not be together with you. I know when you're missing someone but you cannot say it. I know when you love someone but you couldn't tell because you don't want to hurt anyone and because you don't want to fall in more deeply. It's true, I can't control. I missed you too.

"I'm sorry I spoke too much. These words should have just kept in heart. Drinking really makes one foolish!"

"No, you're not sorry. You're just being honest with me. Don't blame yourself, I'm fine. (:"
Somehow, part of me was hoping that you'll say it but part of me was not. I'm worried once I knew it, I'll make the same mistake again. It's better if I don't know anything and we both know nothing! I rather suffer alone.

"Yeah, you don't have any feelings for me. How can I influence you anyway...Haha"

When I read this, my heart was crushing! *BIG BANG* How could he say that, it really hurts. Should I tell him? No, I can't! The whole world knew I had feelings for him except him! Why am I worrying so much? Wasn't I the girl who did things like no one cares? The dare devil? I really don't know how to reply him. It's not the right time to tell anyway.
"Don't chat dy. I'm going to bed now, tell me when you reach home. Night."

"Alright. Good night."

On the next day he apologized again and said that it was a nonsense. I only can give him a smiley face, there's nothing more I can say.

Perhaps, I'm the one who don't have courage to tell. Maybe one day when I am drunk, I'll say out the words which buried in my heart for such a long period. How good if I can just end it here. We'll still meet after two months. I wonder how things change till then, nothing or worse? We'll see....
